Lebanon wine’s UK tour 2011

Lebanon’s wine producers  will be hitting the road from Monday 21 November till Wednesday 23 November, hosting wine events in Manchester  (Malmaison), Bristol  (Hotel du Vin) and London  (Atelier des Chefs) respectively.

The three ‘gigs’  aim to build upon the success of last November’s three London tastings for the trade, media and consumers which all managed to raise Lebanon’s burgeoning profile in the UK market. The wineries attending will be Chateau Ka, Chateau Ksara, Chateau Kefraya, Chateau St Thomas, Domaine des Tourelles, Ixsir, the Karam Winery (no relation),

This year we are going regional!

In Bristol and Manchester, the format will be a formal tasting for the restaurant and retail trade and media, with master classes given by myself, Tim Atkin MW  (Manchester) and Fiona Beckett  (Bristol).

London will be an invitation event targeted at mainly press and bloggers. Anyone who would like to be considered should email Madeleine Waters of Coco PR (Madeleine@cocopr.co.uk). The London event will also include what Madeleine is calling a “food demonstration” by Lebanese Food blogger Bethany Khedy  (www.dirtykitchensecrets.com).

Hope to see you there!
